Upon arrival at Colombo Airport, you will be greeted by our staff and an English-speaking tour guide who will accompany you on your transfer to Kandy. Once in Kandy, enjoy dinner and overnight accommodation in this picturesque city known for its cultural heritage, including the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and scenic surroundings.
After breakfast, we will visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage to observe and learn about rescued elephants. Later in the evening, embark on a sightseeing tour of Kandy, which includes a visit to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, an iconic Buddhist temple housing a sacred tooth of the Buddha. After breakfast, we will leave for Nuwara Eliya, traveling via the picturesque Ramboda Falls. En route, we will visit a tea factory and plantation, as well as several beautiful waterfalls. In the evening, enjoy a walking sightseeing tour of Nuwara Eliya, often referred to as 'Little England' for its charming colonial architecture and cool climate. Conclude your day with dinner and an overnight stay at The Hill Club Hotel in Nuwara Eliya.
After breakfast, we will visit Horton Plains National Park, renowned for its biodiversity and stunning landscapes. Explore the Horton Plains Nature & Wildlife Reserve, where you can take a short trip to World's End, a dramatic cliff that offers breathtaking views, and Bakers Falls, a picturesque waterfall in the park. After a day of exploring the natural wonders of Horton Plains, return to Nuwara Eliya for dinner and an overnight stay, enjoying the serene atmosphere of this highland town.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Nanu-Oya railway station to embark on a scenic train journey to Bandarawela, passing through picturesque landscapes and tea plantations.
